Future Care provides real-time medical case management services to clients worldwide. They had a need to implement a web based case management system to allow their first responders to enter case data, track it, upload medical data, schedule appointments, and report on the data. We implemented a .Net based application hosted in the cloud to accomplish this. The application includes the following functionality:

• SQL Server integration
• Dynamic roles/rights
• Email alerts when records are added/edited
• Audit log detailing user activity
• Dynamic SQL reporting using SSRS
• Calendar appointment scheduling tool
• Client Dashboard to provide clients a read-only view into their data only
