This Visual Basic application is used by various departments within NYCHA  to log,  track, maintain and respond to emails received by the agency from NYC Housing and Section 8 tenants. Our accomplishments included the following major enhancements of the application:

• Full life-cycle development of the modifications which included requirements analysis and the creation of design documents.
• An extensive user interface was designed/created.
• Implementation allowed emails to be dragged and dropped from outlook into the Mail Log application
• All emails are converted to PDF format and stored on a file server and all information regarding each call is stored in MS SqlServer.
• Users were trained on the usage of the application and a detailed User manual was created.
